Will snow conditions affect performance?

Yes. Snow depth, density and moisture, along with battery charge and temperature, affect performance and runtime. Do not force the tool through ice or compacted snow.

How do I adjust, fold or clear the tool?

Switch off, remove the battery and wait for all moving parts to stop before adjusting, folding, cleaning or clearing a blockage. Never use your hands to clear the auger. Follow the operating manual.
